1. Definitions

Services: The TaxeriPath digital workspace, document filing checklists, data validation tools, and subscription plan features.
Client/You: Individual users or business entities accessing and utilizing our platform.
Deliverables: Generated tax reports, organized document bundles, and validation outputs.

2. Acceptable Use of the Platform

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes. Uploading illegal files, corrupt scripts, or using the workspace for fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

3. Platform Features & User Tools

TaxeriPath provides structured templates and automated verification workflows designed to help you prepare your files. We do not operate as an auto-filing service or directly submit personal declarations to the CRA.

4. Account Access & Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed monthly. Access to your workspace is granted upon confirmation of payment. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

5. Pricing & Billing Terms

All subscription prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless you cancel your plan through your account dashboard.

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your portal access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

7. Accuracy of User Information

You are responsible for ensuring all data, receipts, and identification numbers uploaded to your workspace are accurate and complete.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, workflow models, templates, text, graphics, and interface designs on TaxeriPath are the intellectual property of TaxeriPath Inc.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all uploaded financial data and user files as strictly confidential, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

TaxeriPath Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaxeriPath Inc. from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

13. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform may include third-party tools and integrations. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of these external services.

14. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to make template payments.

15. Act of God / Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations under these terms due to events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters or network outages.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes must be resolved in the competent courts of Toronto.

17. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our platform after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
